Gourmet Restaurant PUR in Berchtesgaden

We have already been to various gourmet and starred restaurants. This stands out in a special way through its very warm and attentive service. Half a day in advance, the restaurant manager Nico Steffens called us about special requests and intolerances. Each menu can also be booked as a vegetarian option. We each opted for a 5-course menu. Two “kitchen greetings” are given in advance and a pre-dessert later. Even with the kitchen greeting, the vegetarian adaptation for my companion was immediately thought of. All dishes were ingeniously presented and very delicate. The ambience is also great. The head chef Ulrich Heimann serves the main course personally and said goodbye to us. A really successful evening with culinary highlights.

Phenomenal dinner. We had the 4-course menu and, thanks to several kitchen surprises, were perfectly happy at the end and were then personally said goodbye with a personal greeting and a small farewell present from Mr. Heimann. Super Service! (The wine accompaniment was also sensational)

The 5-course menu presented to us was aromatic, high-quality and handcrafted at the highest level. What Mr. Heimann has created with his team is the perfect harmony of purism and fine cuisine. Pure pleasure with Heimann's summer menu. We started the evening on the terrace, with sunshine and a panorama of the Alps. Even in the absence of the restaurant manager, the ladies gave us excellent wine advice and friendly service. The menu is characterized by good products, good craftsmanship and a modern look. The special something else was honored with a glass of champagne and a separate dessert. The chef is in contact with the guest. Praise for the exemplary implementation of the hygiene rules. We enjoyed the evening. Pure pleasure, if not cheap.

Top quality cuisine, unpretentious and sympathetic presented with the best service we have ever experienced. The mountains are nice too, but Ulrich Heimann's restaurant alone is worth every trip.
